Have Courage And Be Kind To Yourself
Hi, I’m Sharon, an Integrative Psychotherapist blending trauma-informed practice with compassionate, mind-body wellbeing support, and the heart behind Inner Peace CBT & Wellness.
After navigating difficult chapters within my own
life, I experienced first-hand the healing power of being truly seen, supported, and understood. That journey eventually led me here — creating a space rooted in compassion, emotional wellbeing, human connection, and meaningful healing.
What began as psychotherapy and CBT has naturally
evolved into a more integrative approach supporting mind, body, and soulthrough therapy, breathwork, sound healing, reflective spaces, wellbeing experiences, and restorative groupwork.
At the centre of everything I offer is the belief that
healing doesn’t have to feel clinical or disconnected. Sometimes people simply need space to pause, breathe, reconnect with themselves, and feel safe enough to soften.
Whether you are seeking 1:1 therapeutic support,
workplace wellbeing, restorative experiences, or more soulful ways to connect and celebrate, Inner Peace CBT & Wellness was created to hold space for people in a way that feels grounded, compassionate, and human.
I offer online and in-person support, working with
individuals, groups, organisations, and communities in a way that feels flexible, authentic, and deeply supportive.
Take gentle care — I’m really glad you found your way here.

Before You Begin
Everyone's journey is different, and there is no "right" place to start.
Whether you're looking for therapeutic support, workplace wellbeing, restorative experiences, or simply a space to pause and reconnect, Inner Peace offers compassionate support designed around the person, not the problem.
A complimentary 30-minute consultation is available to help explore your needs, answer any questions, and ensure the support feels aligned with where you are right now.
From emotional wellbeing and personal growth to life transitions, burnout, healing, connection, and restoration, you are welcome exactly as you are.

In our fast-paced world, online psychotherapy offers a flexible and effective way to access support. You can connect with me from the comfort of your home or any space where you feel safe and relaxed.
Research shows that online sessions—via Zoom or phone—are as impactful as in-person therapy, allowing for deep connection and growth without the added stress of travel or
scheduling conflicts.
Following your free initial consultation, sessions are £70, payable by bank transfer 24 hours in
advance.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, I kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice, so the time can be offered to someone else. Cancellations with less notice will be charged the full session fee. I understand that unexpected situations arise, and will always do my best to be flexible in cases of illness or emergency.
You're very welcome to get in touch whether you are interested in Inner Peace CBT & Wellness, Inner Peace Soul Rituals, or would like to arrange an initial assessment and have questions on how I can support you. This gives us a chance to better understand what’s bringing you to counselling and whether I’m the right fit for you.
For ease and connection, I use WhatsApp only for calls and messages: +44 7541 006868.
Take gentle care, and I look forward to connecting with you soon.
