Hi, I’m Sharon, an Integrative Psychotherapist blending trauma-informed practice with compassionate, mind-body wellbeing support, and the heart behind Inner Peace CBT & Wellness.

 

After navigating difficult chapters within my own life, I experienced first-hand the healing power of being truly seen, supported, and understood. That journey eventually led me here — creating a space rooted in compassion, emotional wellbeing, human connection, and meaningful healing.

 

What began as psychotherapy and CBT has naturally evolved into a more integrative approach supporting mind, body, and soulthrough therapy, breathwork, sound healing, reflective spaces, wellbeing experiences, and restorative groupwork.

 

At the centre of everything I offer is the belief that healing doesn’t have to feel clinical or disconnected. Sometimes people simply need space to pause, breathe, reconnect with themselves, and feel safe enough to soften.

 

Whether you are seeking 1:1 therapeutic support, workplace wellbeing, restorative experiences, or more soulful ways to connect and celebrate, Inner Peace CBT & Wellness was created to hold space for people in a way that feels grounded, compassionate, and human.

Everyone's journey is different, and there is no "right" place to start.

Whether you're exploring psychotherapy, workplace wellbeing, breathwork, sound healing, or a tailored experience, we'll begin with a conversation to understand what's right for you.

A complimentary 30-minute consultation is available to answer any questions and ensure we're the right fit.

Location

Sessions and wellbeing experiences are available online, with selected in-person offerings available by arrangement.

Investment

Individual psychotherapy sessions are £70 following your complimentary consultation. Fees for workshops, corporate wellbeing, events, and tailored experiences are provided on enquiry.

Cancellations

Please provide 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling where possible.
